All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

Domestic Orders

Liquid Gold Hair, LLC ships to street addresses and P.O. Boxes within the United States, as well as internationally.

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing an order. Please verify that your shipping information is accurate before completing checkout. Liquid Gold Hair, LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional 2–3 business days for delivery.

International Orders

International orders typically require 6–10 business days for delivery, depending on destination and customs processing times.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Unless otherwise specified, all packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail, which typically delivers within 3–5 business days after processing. All shipments include delivery confirmation and tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If a package is returned to Liquid Gold Hair Products due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the cost to reship the order.

Liquid Gold Hair Products is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reshipping fees even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

If a refund is requested due to an incorrect address, the refund will be issued less the cost of shipping, even if the original order shipped under a free shipping promotion.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Liquid Gold Hair Products is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show confirmed delivery to the address provided during checkout.

Upon request, Liquid Gold Hair Products will provide the delivery confirmation, tracking information, shipping carrier details, and delivery date so the customer may contact the carrier to investigate.

No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.


OUT OF STOCK ITEMS / BACKORDERS

We strive to keep all products available for immediate shipment. However, in rare cases due to high demand or ingredient availability, certain products may become temporarily out of stock.

If this occurs, we will notify you promptly.

If part of your order is available for shipment, we may ship the available items first and place the remaining items on backorder, which will be shipped as soon as they become available at no additional shipping cost.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Liquid Gold Hair Products stands behind the products we sell. While our products have extremely high consumer satisfaction, we recognize that no single product works for everyone. We are committed to providing a positive and secure shopping experience. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 10 days of receiving your order. Approved refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product, less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Products must be returned in order to receive a refund. Items shipped under free shipping promotions will have the company’s actual shipping cost deducted from the refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We ask that all products be used as directed. Excessive use of a product beyond normal usage guidelines (for example, using one month’s supply within one week) will void any refund eligibility.

If a customer has previously received a refund under this policy, any future refund requests may be denied.

To cancel an order, please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
