Absolutely. Our products are designed for all hair types and textures, including natural, relaxed, color-treated, locs, braids, and protective styles.

Can your products be used on children?

Many of our products can be used on children. However, we recommend performing a patch test and avoiding products with strong essential oils on very young children.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be longer during sales or high-volume periods.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. Please note that customs fees, duties, and delays are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Please check with your local carrier or neighbors first. Liquid Gold Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the situation.
